Fork Rebuild: includes disassembly, complete cleaning, polish fork tubes, inspect, measure service limits of parts, Worn parts are replaced, fatigued valving is replaced (standard settings are retained).The forks are then bleed with new fork suspension fluid and fluid levels are set.
Shock Rebuild: includes disassembly, complete cleaning, polish shock shaft, inspect, measure service limits of parts, Worn parts are replaced, fatigued valving is (standard valving configurations are retained). The shock is then bleed with new shock suspension fluid and nitrogen pressure is set.
We recommend components have rebuild services done at 20-40 hour intervals.
Revalve: includes all the work involved in a rebuild. Additionally we modify the internal dampening, spring rates and fluid height, to give you a personal set-up for your individual weight, ability, riding style and type of terrain encountered. Our main goal is to provide the customer with a quality level of service, a personalized setup with convenience of easy shipping and quick turnaround. Because our settings are individualized your support does not end at the time of delivery. We will work with you to make your revalve optimum for you and provide a rework if needed.
